Here is a potential development design that would work on this site. It consists of 5 x townhouses - each with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 2 car garage with internal access. Each townhouse measures 235m² internal floorspace plus 35m² courtyard. This development is consistent with other developments approved for construction in the Lake Macquarie LGA and in the Kahibah area.
